All the services of refund and future credit are available with all airlines according to the airline fare rules, procedures, and policies.

  • Service fees will be charged to the passenger's local currency on the payment pages
  • Service fees will be applicable per passenger and ticket on all refund, future credit, change, and cancellation processes.

Misspelled Name:
The Passenger name on the boarding pass or flight ticket does not match the password or Government-issued ID.

Passport/Visa:
To process this claim, a visa or passport decline letter is required

Baggage:
Carry their baggage tags and receipts with them

No-Show:
Documentation of reason for not showing up at scheduled departure

Boarding Denied:
Documentation of reason for the refusal to board on scheduled departure.
