Price Match Policy (PMP)

Cyotrip delivers its customers the best offers available at transparently competitive prices while dedicated experts work strenuously to collect and compile the best deals available on any given route. With how often airfare tends to fluctuate, the chances are so low that you might get an even cheaper offer from some of the other known internet travel agencies like Expedia or Priceline on the same route. If you do, we know that and are here to help you still get the best value.

We're proud to offer a Price Match Promise. If you can find a lower price for the same flight itinerary elsewhere, just show us proof of that, and we will match that price. Such a commitment only emphasizes that we will ensure you get the lowest price possible and maintain your confidence in Cyotrip as your go-to booking destination.

We will not be able to honor our Price Match Promise until we've reviewed the following terms and conditions:

  • The competitor itinerary must match, including date, time, airline, and class of service.
  • The competitor price must be offered by a legitimate online travel agency such as Expedia or Priceline.
  • All the charges associated with the lower price must be disclosed clearly. No concealed charges will be accepted as a price match.
  • The lower price cannot be part of any group deal, corporate offer, or exclusive promotion.
  • The lowest price has to be public and accessible to all customers, not member-only, and be another exclusive offer.
  • Claim within 24 hours of booking through Cyotrip website.

How do I Tell you that I want to invoke the PMP?
The terms and conditions of the PMP can be invoked by simply emailing us at (EmailID) with your Cyotrip booking number and with all the critical details in the lower priced itinerary airline(s), flight(s) itinerary, date(s) number of customers and the seat type and documentation about that exact URL or screenshot of which will enable our Customer Service Representatives to verify and confirm that such an itinerary satisfies the terms and conditions of the PMP. Customer service will be able to locate the lower fare from the data you provide. It can disallow any claim that they cannot reasonably verify or for which you have only provided incomplete information. Once our agent has confirmed that the PMP applies, you can choose to keep your itinerary with a refund of the difference in total price or cancel your booking with us for a full refund.
